Ports

Niepoort Dry White Port

Ancient Malvasia vines are dominant in Portugal and it is aged for up to 4 years in a cask. Very deep yellow and gold in colour, with a sweet nutty nose. The soft herb-tinged palate is sweet with a lovely texture. Interesting, soft and intense.

Andresen 10 Year Old White Port

A very attractive golden yellow in colour with pleasant aromas of dried fruits and raisins, ripe quince and a hint of honey. This old white port shows the very sweet mustiness of a typical 10 year old Tawny: well-matured but more delicate and slightly less complex.

Niepoort Ruby Dum Port

With time, Ruby Dum retains its youthful and strong character, dominated by red cherries and plums, with great freshness from ageing in large wooden vats in the cool cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia.

Trodden and fermented in lagares. Sweet liquoricey nose with a caramel edge, it has a rich, lush palate that shows good concentration with an attractive herbiness to the fruit. Nicely balanced, this is a very attractive port.
