An old favourite. Chunks of succulent Scotch beef, slow-cooked in a rich Cabernet gravy with mushrooms and tarragon, topped with golden puff pastry.

Traditional Fish 'n' Chips

A boneless fillet of East Neuk haddock, coated in a light and crispy batter, and garnished with mixed leaf salad and tartare sauce.

Venison Lasagne

Made to an old Italian recipe - with a Scottish twist! Layers of minced venison, fresh herbs and tomatoes, lasagne a and Béchamel sauce, served with a light salad and Meldrums' garlic bread.

Crispy BBQ Chicken

Breast of chicken, marinated in a barbecue glaze and chargrilled until crispy, garnished with a mixed green salad, spring coleslaw and fries.

Meldrums' Lamb Hotpot

Our own take on a classic Lancastrian recipe. Lean cuts of lamb, diced and cooked gently in a rich gravy with root vegetables, fresh herbs and wafer-thin potatoes.
