Bookings must be made in advance and a pre-order is required for all bookings. Once a completed pre-order has been received by Meldrums Hotel the booking is confirmed. No refunds are permitted.

In the event that the number of guests present at the time of dining is less than that specified either at the time of booking or on the pre-order form, you will be charged appropriately, ie., if you reserve a table and submit a pre-order for 10 people and only 8 people attend, you will be charged – in full – for the 2 people that whom were unable to attend.
